Actually it is very much like Stalker or Fallout 3. One in Black and White with split toning (cyan/sepia) and a lot of noise would look like Silent Hill.

I really like the level of grime in this picture. I particularly like the mold buildup on the ceiling that the sunlight is just catching. A really useful picture for a 3d modeller/texture artist.

Is it hard to learn editing in photoshop cs5? Did you use some tutorials or you learned everything on your own?

Mainly on my own. I work as a photographer in a big studio, so we have to use PS everyday.. U get used to it day by day.
But what i retouch in my spare time is a whole different kind of retouching than the work I do in the studio.
But the technics are pretty much the same :)

Sometimes I search for tutorials to learn new workflows. Youtube is a nice and free source. I like video-tutorials more than the step-by-step ones.
